Brecht’s Fatzer fragment was an experimentation for him – since it remained only a fragment – and every attempt to work with it takes a certain amount of crazyness. We thought: great! If Brecht took the freedom to experiment with it – so can we! We will attempt to "tropicalise" Brecht – and more than that: to really eat him! Thus we took the word "meat experiment" out of the text as our code-word: It is a "meat experiment" trying to apply an anthropophagic aesthetics, very directly, very practical. Anthropophagy is an attempt to "conquest singularity": to incorporate the other and transform him into one self. This is – in a very odd way – also the story of "Fatzer". For us – an absolutle amazing correspondence. An amazonian correspondence: "FatzerBraz".
